The event was such trash. I sat with two really nice girls towards the back of the event hall and we couldn't even hear the announcers speak No slideshow to show examples for the newbies, but no tea or in-the-know talk for the actual lolitas there. And most of what they talked about that I could hear was explaining the fashion poorly and fluttering about verbally. So it wasn't good for newbies and wasn't good for those more experienced. . I could write a better lolita panel in my sleep, it was utter trash. I honestly probably will for the next Matsuricon I can attend. I've never been to Lolita Crush before, was it always like this?

At least the tea party had some really nice people with amazing coords even if the food was kinda late/sparse.

I agree. The new organizers have been doing this a few years now with barely any improvement. From what I heard at the event a few years ago , the original organizer died from cancer. That's when the new people came in. It's always been a water and talking event, like a big gathering. They've never had any Lolita guests, games, slide shows or anything of the sort. One year they did have a 'coordinate contest ' and they gave best in show or w/e to a cosplayer dressed as a maid. It's always been a shit show and the organizers don't really seem to care.

i actually think this is okay, but needs work. I even say this with the bias against the idea of "gamer girls". it's 2019, we all game now. The biggest problem with this girl is her choice of camera angles. The downwards look is really awkward and makes a prominent double chin. I like the cohesiveness of the star, and her hair is nice. I think the biggest actual issue besides the camera angle is the plain white tights, and the cheap looking bag. I can't tell the quality of the pieces. I hope she improves.
