Those you posted have been released in the Eng versions for a couple of days, if you mean the outfits were reccd before then it's because AMB adds the outfit URLs to the Eng side some time before release announcements. Yes, you just need to pick one of the more masculine faces and hairstyles, middle bottom pic of >>10055042 being an example. For personality, Boyish and Warrior types were quite masculine, but I if I recall correctly almost all types could be gender neutral. They make shota/masculine clothes but they're not common enough for you to make more than 1 or 2 males if you change clothes frequently.

Checked the wiki and looks like they added a new type since Eng's death, it's called Ojou-sama. As one would expect, it's a fancy girl that drinks tea and expects you to do things for her.

Every game is a boring piece of shit except Moe Can Change, you shouldn't play any of the others because they don't have fun events nor do they have a fun bother system.

The boy games are fucking fujoshits and have ugly ass art and little to no love from the creator.

Especially don't play dream girlfriend because the events are all the same, it allows you to create niggers, the art style is ugly and all the other mini games are stupid as hell, don't even get me started on the outfits, they're fucking slutty. In addition, there's constant contests that you can enter and vote in if you've had your account long enough. There's also a ton of different paid gachas that I never touch.
The events are basically on par with DG ones though they recently added short dialog choices that are just for flavor. I just use the skip function anyway so I rarely see them.

Events themselves have three things to take note of.
First, for a while now they've replaced the early clear with an early shop sort of thing, where you can spend points for clearing stages within the first two days of the event on items. Like before, there's always a BG which you can't get without spending money, but unlike before you can instead use your stage points on things like tickets for the main gacha. It's not an achievement system though so once you use up your points you can't get anything else.
Second, all events have a daily ranking, which in general you need to spend money on to get into since everyone else will be too.
Finally, all events have an after page where you can spend your normal points on either the old 3 tiered gachas or a shop that costs more but gets you exact items.

Actually, thinking about it, there's a lot more to mention because of all the interface changes and other differences.

There are two occasional exchange things that they put out, one for exchanging outfits for outfits (stardust exchange), and one for exchanging items for outfits (forgot the name). You get points for dumping items into the exchanges and at certain thresholds you get outfits from a small pool at that tier. Once you get an item from the highest tier your points reset (leftovers are carried over). These exchanges do mean that you'll want to keep your leftovers, at least until you run out of space.

Also, there's a rainbow thread thing where you can turn in old outfits for rainbow thread at a really low rate. Using rainbow thread though, you can get any specific gacha or event item or something that you want. Or maybe it was roll on past event gachas, I don't quite remember. It's a fairly generous system since it lets you get old rare things as a free player.

They've significantly upgraded the UI for the closet, but that shouldn't be too hard to just trial and error.

They have a batch recycling feature that allows you to specify things like what rarities to recycle and how many to keep leftover and it'll recycle everything else.

There's probably a lot more I'm forgetting. Oh well.

There are at least a couple of crop wielding outfits in AB but they're just military uniforms, nothing blatantly sexual like that wonderful MR. Although AB has face overlay capabilities (the tan skin outfits), they probably will never give a heck enough to experiment further like they have with DG, as in unique poses and face shading.

there's been a shitload of updates and there's a big one that everyone should be excited about
it's SP mode, which allows you to stack the ~high quality and transparent~ pngs to make an image without any gross jpg artifacting like what the image rip has
there's also local file support now too so if you have an edited image you can use those as well
i also basically didn't touch shit for this update so yeah, sorry about delaying it so much
there's also a bunch of other updates that went on so hopefully this'll run better or smarter
