A bit of oil or product on the ends of the hair (especially after she got layers) after a shower would also help the shape of her hair and turn the frizz into waves. Also, bangs would help her face look less long and would give her head a better shape. Also, those glasses are very unflattering, a different shape could change how her face looks. Makeup would help too, at least a little eyeliner, concealer, and lipstick. Overal the idea is good, but there are just a few things that trow it off just a bit too much in my opinion. Like lot of small things, but many small things together make it bad as well.

I don't like the hat and the shoes with this. They both are like almost there, but they are not matching clearly just a bit too much.
