From a computer monitor, it's quite bad. Weirdass front corset lacing (too narrow, and looks messy), floppy front bow. Skirt bottom has one plain ruffle with a weird flat trim and then some special snowflake print that's louder than the dress print. The lace isn't properly gathered so it looks both cheap and cheapskate. And I'm letting slide that the dress seems to be emphasising her waist rolls, not sure if she just needs a different bra or something for that. Her wristcuffs have a mint ribbon while her outfit is pink as well, I think she matched it to the tiny bits of mint in the second ruffle, but the print accent is way too small so the wristcuffs just look mismatched.

At least the sewing looks solid. I've made some pretty atrocious monsters that looked better in my head than in real life before, so I wouldn't be surprised to hear she has made other better dresses. Sometimes even burando makes lousy dresses, just take it as a lesson what not to do for the next dress.

Waist rolls comments is about the front, not the back anyway. The area where the white purse sits contrasts with the flesh colour of her arm, there's a little bump there right above the waistline. Additionally since the print is so geometrical you can see the pattern looks distorted underneath her underbust all around, in fact it looks like it cuts in for her underbust then flares outwards for a bigger waist.

I liked the original, it's messy but in an organised way (hard to explain). But there is so much wrong here. Underskirt doesn't match. Underskirt just falls down, like she wear sa hoop skirt till her knees, black tights without any black in the dress.

I hate it. The waist seems normal, yet they managed to make the body look stretched down and the skirt look like it's a low waist dress. Really odd proportions.

I also hate that thick fabric for ruffled straps, looks bad. The bows look a bit clunky in shape. This thick fabric could stand up nice, but especially the bow on the waist looks poor in shape. Also, why is that bow half printed, half not. Now it's obviously not one bow.

I feel the overall shape is odd, the sewing is mediocre, and the design is too incoherent (like plain bows, half printed half plan bows, printed bow. Cute ruffled straps and big sweet headbow, yet other design elements are much more mature and delicate in shape, etc) making it look messy overall. She'd better hang on to this dress. From the looks of it she didn't use one waist tie, looks like she chopped the tops off two waist ties to alter the dress, because you can see the decorative ends of two ties here. And the way they're wrinkled in the middle suggests she did try to tie them into a bow but I guess she didn't like the result, or failed at tying a bow.
