Stocking itabag anon from last thread here. I decided in the end to just use the base I had commissioned, and be more careful about my next ita bag. I will try to make it work. I was wanting to ask about how to get older merchandise. I am trying to find a few specific things of her, but most of them are harder to find. Any advice? And would it be wierd to try to incorporate merchandise of her cat too, since she is often seen carrying it? I know the main focus is Stocking, but maybe a few smaller things with the cat?

It’s kind of like a train wreck you can’t look away from, or a mess that isn’t yours, isn’t your responsibility to clean, but damn if you don’t feel the urge to tidy up. Problem is as soon as you try to give critique or point out how to better a bag, you’re shut down full stop, called elitist, a bully, or ruining the bagger’s delicate mood. as for your question, i think they're postable when you have a majority of your merch and an idea of what you want for the rest, along with your base bag. basically just enough a setup where you can actually tell what the bagger is going for. i will even put my money where my mouth is on both topics here and share one of mine.

i plan on getting rosettes in black + image color for the buttons and likely ribbon or lace around the postcard as well, and have decoration for the top planned based off of something on the mc's outfit so it looks less empty. dunno if i will for the bromides, i think i'll have to see when the rest is there. i don't think theres much else to talk about from there due to the lack of merch limiting my options (hence why i havent posted it); unfortunately this is a side group so i'm working with about all there is here. it's part of why i wanted the utapri base though, i like them most when you can actually see the pattern on them.

I only have 7 pieces of merchandise as of now, most of it fanmerch. I have a list of official merch I am trying to track down, but it will come with time.

So I’ve gathered plenty of merch, got my base bag, but now I’m stuck figuring out how to lay everything out. Most of my merch consists of iunique pieces and a majority are acrylics or rubber straps so not a lot of consistent shapes. I don’t have many dupes either, and those I do are pretty few. It’s hard going through sales lists and not buying everything up, though.
