What do you guys think of Hot Chocolate shoes? A (non fashion) blogger I follow made a post about them and I had never heard of them before so I checked them out and honestly I think they are really adorable and I want a pair. It's good until you encounter any kind of problem with them, no matter how little it is. Overall it's a good and quick method to use as a buyer but it's not really in favor of the seller, especially for europeans. Have you done your research? Do you know which brands are lolita and which aren't? Which substyle do you prefer? If you know these three things you'll do just fine, even if you have a bit of a rocky start which in my opinion is an essential part of the learning process.

Lolita isn't a fashion for children. It's for adults. New dresses generally run from 100-400 dollars. There are women 40+ who wear this fashion. They do not have different sizes but most of their dresses have partial shirring so maybe the shirring was stretched out which technically made it bigger. It might help to reframe things in terms of making healthy lifestyle changes rather than "losing weight to fit into a dress". When you find a way to fit some easy exercise and healthy eating habits into your lifestyle it becomes less of a struggle not to munch on junk food or skip workout sessions.

might be true for some people but not all of them. Same goes for nitpicking btw - I agree that standards are important and it can teach newbies a lot but there's a point when nitpicking becomes anal, unnecessary, and sometimes even unrealistic, and it can make people forget that these are clothes that you wear rather than some elaborate costume that has to match 100% at all times.

I don't think tax departments keep an eye on these kinds of reseller, takes too much work to keep track whether they're businesses or just someone who gets bored of their clothes really fast. Someone probably needs to compile a list and show that she's making thousands of dollars of profit each month (and evading taxes on it), and then the tax department will suddenly be very interested.

The only time I'd heard of someone getting busted it was for flipping secondhand luxury handbags.
