nayrt, but you seem to want advice, so I'll help out a little.

- the first thing is that suspender skirts and skirts with bibs are rarely seen because they're kind of hard to coord. Generally they're either very kitschy or kiddy or have a specific look and need you to go the extra mile to work with their extra-ness. You might want to avoid them for a while, or detach the bits and just work with a plainer skirt, it's usually easier to get plain skirts to look halfway decent.

- If you really want to wear this suspender skirt, I'd recommend going for a straight up cutesy casual vibe as that's what the skirt seems to go for. Ditch the blouse and get a cutesy pastel cutsew. Don't do the matching necktie thing. Put bangs in your hair (get clip-ins if you're unwilling to cut it), and use a much lighter, more pastel makeup instead of the bright red lips and dark pink eyeshadow.

- The naked elastic chin strap on the hat really isn't kawaii, nor are the two ribbons put up to hide where the strap joins the hat (they really just emphasise the strap instead of making it cute). If you can diy, I'd suggest removing the chin strap. If you need something to hold it to your head, sew up two chiffon ties and attach them to the insides of the brim, not the outside.

- The lavender shoes are a bit mismatched, or maybe it's the shadow making it look lavender. If you have other lavender stuff to match it'd be fine, but this photo doesn't show anything other than the shoes.

- don't use the skirt bow brooch as a necktie, it's too thick and clunky and looks clownish.

desu I thought diner doll looked like BL when it was released, it's the white lace and the color scheme is almost two-colour, that hits too close to Bodyline's cheap cost-cutting tactics. Even though a second look shows you that the lace is custom embroidered and the print is in fact more colours than BL would use, that first glance really gives the wrong impression.

This makeup is a fucking abomination against God. On someone tan, it would look like soccer mom chan, basically bad hooker makeup. Maybe on a very dark skinned girl it would be less atrocious, but for someone this light it's absolutely freaky. The eyeliner and lashes overwhelm the eyes and look like a black pit of death. The over blush look is done way heavier than it needs to be, you are supposed to use just a little bit carefully placed.
