The bodice of this OP is so badly constructed, it is too long and seems to be ill fitting because of all those weird folds, the part in wich it connects itself with the skirt is too thick and the dress looks like it wasn't ironed at all, not a cute or elegant look even if that may be because of the fabric used.

I think the two colours on the shoes clash, one of the toes looks like it has a big ol' scuff mark on it, and the overall borwnish colour clashes with the soft pinks and purples of the rest of the outfit. those are my shoes--- it's just a shadow, they are not scuffed. They were fresh out of the box when I took the picture. They look more like that link anon posted above, which are the same seller I got them from, and they're much lighter Irl. They're actually very nice quality, the lining is padded and nice. I have brows similar to hers and trust me, a little definition can't hurt.
Not that I always pencil them in, cause I'm lazy when I go to work (elderly people don't care about my make-up imo) but when I want to look nice I have to pencil them in otherwise I just look tired and startled kek.
When you wear lolita you need to look polished otherwise it just looks odd.
Penciling or powdering them in lightly looks much better, thin brows don't suit instabrows anyway.

Whether she's nice or not is irrelevant to whether or not she's well dressed - and she's not well dressed. Her outfit is inconsistent (nothing goes with anything else), her hair isn't appropriately styled, and her clothes don't fit her properly. The CoF thread is where people crit CoF pics, even if she didn't have a reputation as a scalper, we'd still crit her outfit. I have had no interactions with her, and no clue as to what she's like.

If she wants to improve, then I suggests she works on differentiating the styles of clothing better - it's not just if it's all black and all 'Gothic' - it's about whether the cuts and styles go with each other and are flattering on her. The bodive doesn't fit her properly - it's nor sitting right over her bust, and the upper most strap is meant to be UNDER the bust, not at an angle partially on it. The outfit has sweetly styled black shoes, which don't go with the punkier elements. Her make-up doesn't suit the outfit, and I'm guessing she's meant the outfit as some kind character-themed one because of the prop she's holding, but she's not recognisable as a character, so just looks like a mess of disjointed types of Gothic.

Kodona isn't really a general style name, and didn't appear in any brand adverts or literature, or in any street snap descriptions. As far as anyone can tell only one musician (I want to say Ryutaro from plastic trees?) used the word to describe his personal style and somehow the western community latched on to it. These days we use Ouji, boystyle, and Aristocrat (aristocrat being the least common).

Kodona was used to describe his MUSIC, not his clothing. English readers of the Gothic and Lolita Bible thought it referred to his clothing and incorrectly spread it.

Kodona in Japanese literally means adult child. The kanji for “ko” means child and is common in many Japanese names (Hanako, Mimiko, etc). Otona means adult. Calling a fashion style “adult child” sounds disturbingly a lot like age play, which is not a suitable name for a fashion (and also incorrect).
