This is one of those coords that treads that line between Gothic aristocrat and western Romantic Goth (especially the pointy boots, very Goth), but does so very well.

Not a fan of the hat - it looks like one of those slope-sided ones, a bit like a Welsh hat; I think either a proper top-hat or a bowler would have worked better here. However, that's really just a nitpick, as the rest of this coord is really cute. This outfit is very cringey to me. The pastels don't match, the black lace waistcoat looks REALLY cheap, as well as ill-fitting (the lace panels on the side look Milanoo lacemonster quality :/) and the black just does not work with the pastels - this isn't 'bittersweet' as with the stuff that gets called bittersweet, it's usually mostly black with pastel accents (and often a creepy/cute print); this is just black crammed into a summer coord. For that sort of look, she needs to be more symmetrical, and so needs a centre parting; off centre just looks sloppy. If you wear Lolita regularly, then it's probably better to get a style that is appropriate for Lolita. Goddamnit, the potential for this set was sky high. I've seen those tights before and they always look weird and distorted, ditch them for plain fishnets. Is that a petti peeking? I feel like you have potential and genuinely love the fashion. My unsolicited advice: when people comment on the "not showering" it would be greatly improved by styling your hair. It needs to look silky, try straightening it and giving it a curl at the end, add some oil to stop the frizz and dryness. If you look at your coord, nothing matches together except the purse, dress, and socks. The shoes, which aren't lolita, barely goes with the coat. The black headbow doesn't fit into any part of this. Pink LOLITA shoes and pink headbow would reduce a lot of the eyesore. I understand that lolita shoes suck for daily lolita since you seem to use alternative shoes a lot but you have to remember that the point of lolita fashion is the full fantasy, the full coordinatek, everything coming together from head to toe. I'm normally not a person to say this as I can generally understand why even if I don't agree but...why does this have so many likes? The fishnets don't look great in this coord, picture quality is a muddy potato, and I think people are just liking it because "haha so rebellious not wearing a blouse!!!". I'm of the unpopular opinion that blouseless can be done, but for me it's with dresses that look more like sundresses, are summer-y, or have ornate straps This dress doesn't look like it should be blouseless at all, and even if she stuck with it she should have put something on her hands/wrists to balance it out.

It helps having many facebook friends who are also on COF. That increases your posts being seen on their timetime and thus receiving more likes in general.

If you want more likes (and assuming your coords are decent) I also suggest to reply to every comment you receive, it will bump up your post to the top.

The bag is from IW, it's the Rose and Cross Pochette, they had them for clearance last year so hopefully it can pop up at a good price if you're interested in it! I honestly wear it with too much, it's just so simple and universal.

That's the only pic I've seen of you, so here are my tips based on that. Keep in mind that those are only suggestions. Stick with what makes you feel good about yourself:

I'm not a fan of overly done makeup, I prefer a natural style like yours, but the shadow you used on your eyes makes me think of Prom Makeup instead of Lolita / Winter Makeup. i'd suggest a black mascara for your eyelashes and, instead of this gradient gray, just a black eyeliner and shadow at the end tips of your eyes.

I think you have some pretty facial features that you could make more use of. Your cheekbones, for example, have some deep on the sides, so try to apply some blush to give it more contour. A peach colour or a soft pink could work nicely with your skin tone. Contouring under the cheekbones will add width and draw the eye to the center of your face. You don't need a full contouring, just pay attention to your cheekbone and jawline (actually, learning your best angles would also work fine).

Your hair is beautiful, and I'm actually envious of it's texture, but some curls and waves at the end of it could help your looks. I'm assuming you have an oblong face (please check your face shape on the internet), so straight long hairs may make you look a bit stiff.

Try practising your best angles in front of the mirror! This is actually everyone's trick to look their best.
