That is how I feel, too. I had two holy grail dresses at the top of my dream dress list. One was $$$$ and the other was a nobody dress without a print and would routinely sell for under $200 if it could be found. I obtained both of them in a little over a week. I still have dream dresses left over, but they just aren't the same. I suppose I should just use this as a means to focus on getting more blouses like I should. But at the same time I'm kind of sad no longer hunting. I'll be so happy when I can wear both dresses, but now I no longer have dresses that sit within the realm of the unobtainable.

I am dealing with something similar. I got my two grail dresses back to back, and now I have nothing that comes close to them. If you didn't know already, technically the dress in your pic is from a Japanese brand called "AND ROMEO". While their quality doesn't look to be as good as other established brands, probably anything you buy from their webstore will be better than its eBay ripoff counterpart. I'd say that you'd have less reasons to feel guilty if you at least bought your 'ugly' nostalgic dress from the source.

When the dress was released it was very unpopular. Basically all cuts and colors sat until they heavily discounted them, so I doubt they'd do a re-release. If I had to guess I'd say a lot of people in Japan bought them dirt cheap at the stores on impulse and they're now sitting in their closets (or at CC) since they don't think they can put them up for sale for much, so may as well hold on to them.

Weather has been pretty decent for the north, just a few spots of snow in the past three weeks, and I'm only two states over. I'm just not keeping my hopes up at this point, but maybe I'll get a pleasant surprise this month and will turn up.

Then you are lucky. Japonica started to forget my orders and then I started contacting japonica and tenshi to get the item for me and japonica was always a day slower.
If it's a really good deal or rare item japonica will fail and tenshi or muu are the better option.
