I do a lot of those and only the Ahegao and Cosplaying not familiar with character is a HUGE red flag.

I make 5 grands a month at my regular job, I don't need to beg for money for my stupid hobbies like an asshole. Even as a broke ass student I never considered about doing that to fund my cosplays. I just made less of them if I had a bad financial situation. Expecting people to pay for your hobby is why patreon thots have taken over and cosplay has become more about making cash and not really enjoying the craft and art.

Uhhh anon, 60k a year IS more than most cosplayers who are not JNig, Danielle or Momokun make just by cosplay. And that doesn't include the time pretending to be attracted to greasy stalkers or flooding social media with fluff around the clock to stay relevant. Even Kamui doesn't make more than what, 1,5k a month? And she's probably the highest earning out of all the cosplayers who aren't all about sex appeal and producing porn.

I actually feel sorry for all these young girls chasing the social media fame without realizing what they're getting into.
