Sure, so long as I can approve their cosplays until they're 18. I just want to be able to see what their mind space is, and potentially protect them from creeps. Like I might not outright stop them from doing swimsuit Peach, but I'll warn them of the likely sceanrios and what to watch out for.

I would never let my daughter cosplay as a lot of characters because of this, or at least, I wouldn't let her do it until she understood that part of internet culture and how to stay wary of creeps.

Yes but with a couple rules.
1. You gotta actually like the character. If shes never touched a piece of Batman media, she isnt going near Harley, Ivy or Duella.

2. Id have final say on which outfit of the character she could wear. As well as things like how low cut the shirt, or how short the skirt.

She'd have to stick to characters appropriate for her age range. At the age of 16-17, I likely wouldn't care what she wears although I'd hope she's well-versed in safety and sticks to a group. Don't get me wrong, stuff like Kill la Kill and Queen's Blade would just have to wait until she's 18, but I wouldn't be adverse if she picked Etna from Disgaea or Misty. At that age, it'd really just depend on the source content.

I had no intention of her cosplaying. She saw my pictures and wanted to go to a con. I thought she would try it once and be done with it. Now she's a teenager and I take her to cons when I can. This is her Vader, that is not me in the picture .

Yeah, no chance of either of those things. I raised my daughter to be better then that and I didn't just stop being her father when she turned some arbitrary age. I also taught her to stand up for and defend herself if needs be and to be smart enough to spot creeps. All that said, I'll be accompanying her anyway until I think she's old enough to fly solo.

She can call in next door and see if they want their lawns mowed. Always hear their spoiled little shit complaining about mowing the lawns. I dunno, if you live near a rich suburb you can make bank mowing lawns as a kid.
My neighbor kid mows lawns for $30 for these small ass little lawns that take him no time at all. More if its a big back yard.

Its cheaper than professional lawn maintenance for these people and the kid makes a couple hundred tax free dollars every week and a half or so.

My kids will cosplay anything they want desu. As long as they don't do anything illegal or bother other people, I won't give opinions about their hobbies.
