I think for it to work out, you'd have to actually have a company, so you can have proper rules (like, if you damage a piece, you have to pay the full price for it), and if people don't follow the rules, taking legal action would probably be easier

Secondly, I think this concept would work much better as a physical store, so people could come in and browse, that might also attract people who just want to try out lolita.

Lastly, one idea might be to lease more expensive dresses, like a store that rents wedding dresses. Or maybe renting out an entire outfit, which would work better for someone who just want to try out the fashion without buying an entire coord.

In the end though, leasing in general is probably a pretty stressful ordeal, and like some other anons said, lolitas aren't always the most dependable people.
It's a pretty fun concept though imo, and if it worked out, it would be really fun business to run

I have a NWT green JetJ Dragon Chan in size 2 that I'm going to be selling, but I'm a little nervous to list right now because of the one that is on LM that's honestly super cheap. The one on LM has awkward custom measurements that I know a few people have had to pass on it because of, so what would be a fair asking price for one with the standard size 2 measurements? 3. btssb spring coat. coat pictured is almost the same, save for mine being all black, with rose lace, ribbons on the pockets and without the big ribbon on the neck (it does have ties). I think this is a size S/M, my dress form with a 90cm bust still fits it.

It's not weird at all anon, don't worry! I measured the arm hole circumference to be around 11.5 inches. With my own arm being 11 inches around where the hole stops, I feel that 11.5 is accurate!

Hey so I got the wrong item from a company, and when it delivered back to their warehouse they didnt give me a refund or exchange. I opened a Paypal case and contacted them and they told me to close the case before refunding, which I did. They still haven't done either. They are horrendous at replying and I wait at least a week. Am I screwed by closing the case now or can I go to my bank? Its a store throughout the US if that matters anyway.
