Getting sick of this question. Guys, it's the CLOTHES that matter, not the character. You can't expect 100% of everyone to recognize who it is, so to them there would be no difference. For Eyebrows, if they are really bushy you can always get an eyebrow razor.
You might want to consider padding your hip to give you more of a feminine figure.

Easiest way to actually get rid of them would be to epilate them, hurts like hell especially if you are not used to it. Other way would be wearing skin coloured thighs (also helps a little shape the leg), some people actually use 2 pairs or more. If that still doesnt work you can use concealer and/or foundation like you would for your facial hair

When I was 15 I cosplayed Yosuke from Persona 4, but from that scene where he dresses up as a girl for the beauty pageant.
I think the costume went pretty well but boy do I regret doing it. Very concerned about there being of me out there looking like a tranny.

Same reason anyone cosplays, they like the character and want to dress up as them. Only difference is the character happens to be the opposite sex of the person cosplaying, so there's some overlap in techniques between cosplaying and crossdressing, hence crossplay.

An outfit that fits correctly will go a long way for looking good, the top of yours looks frumpy. Hijiri is a good starter, you can use the long hair to hide some of your face, add extra sleeve ruffles to hide your hands so just the tips of your fingers are visible, and the big petticoat will help you get the appearance of a waist.

Use the opposite color on the color wheel. For example if you have dark purple circles you use a yellowy peach concealer, if your circles are more brown/red use a greener concealer.

If it doesn't look right try adjusting the tone.

When in doubt you can always mix some colored concealer with normal concealer to tone it down a little.

Protip- if you aren't looking for something expensive the smashbox color correct primer come in a mini travel/trial size

Protip 2- if you aren't sure go to a Ulta in person and say you're curious. The staff may or may assume you're super gay but who cares, you just want to conceal your stubble. They can help you in person and you can see what all the products look like on you without dumping 300$

Specifically with hands, start with taking a good look at your hands and look at how they're structured, how your fingers are tapered, and what shape and size and strength your nails are. Get really familiar with your hands and try to notice how you hold them both when you're talking/animated but when you're in various states of relaxation, even as you fall asleep.
This is all important because you want to get to know yourself before you start looking at what other people do, they teach stuff like this in some acting courses too because you need to learn to be aware of how your body moves unconsciously.

The second part is to both observe other people and do research.

Strangely, the best way to do actual book research about hands is to look up palmistry books. They're the only books that explain things like finger types and palm shapes as well as nail shapes. There'll be a bunch of "Oh, if your pinkie's pointed it means you'll own a pony!" or whatever, but ignore that part, the point is to learn about what types of hands you have so you can more easily see how both regular people and models with hands similar to yours use their hands in conversation but also pose their hands. Once you know what your hands look like and are structured like it's easier to pick out similar hand-typed people, even in a crowd.

Once you've learned more about your hands, you'll want to start learning more about your nails and start to think how the shape and length of your nails compliments your hand and finger type. Some people can wear long pointed nails, but other hand types look like wicked witches out of of Disney movie with pointed nails and that's because of their hand type and finger type. If you have heavier hands it's important to pick out a contemplative nail shape and style, as well as nail polish colour and style (blunt two-tone colour styles/palettes with extreme tips don't suit everyone for that reason).

Most japanese CJDs use gloves, but I think that would only show how big my hands really are.
