more songs like this/buy more brand/throw it in the bag?
these songs are so stupid but I love how stupid and goofy they are

You can also discuss general lolita themed music or even music that fits with lolita styles

I've been thinking about putting together a play list of songs that are similar to my Lolita aesthetic/that i like to listen to when dressed up. Have any of you done that? I'd like to hear if it's online somewhere!

MC Melod¥ Doll is basically a parody lolita rapper. Whether the songs are quality music or not is debatable, imo they're silly and tacky but I like them for what they are https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3xnjksbhi8

Yeah it's not for everyone. I just think it's fun.
But as for actual lolita music, I'm mostly into the good old "classics": Malice Mizer, Moi dix Mois, Ali Project, Kokusyoku Sumire, etc.
I've been obsessed with Malice Mizer's Bara no Seido lately, it's all I've been listening to in the last few months https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v3dcbixUBA&t=188s

I also like Kanon Wakeshima even though she's a bit old hat at this point. never hear very many other Lolitas bring her up though?
There's an idol group that wears Lolita but I can't remember the name at the moment. It might have been meltia or something similar.

Didn't Misako try and start a music career once? I only ever found one song that she did.

Kanon Wakeshima is great! Is she not popular anymore? I had the impression she's well known among lolitas but that may have been relevant to past years.
You're definitely thinking of Meltia, I think they disbanded earlier this year though. They were cute but not really memorable in my opinion https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cifEEkLoOU

Other than the ones already mentioned, I also enjoy Die Milch's music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASEvPEVBuZE I vaguely remember Meta collaborating with them once too, maybe for an event.

Absolutely! Arika is legit, there's an article? quote? of her opinion of what lolita is (a maiden's armor etc.), obviously she's appeared in the GLBs many times and she's modeled for brands in the past.
I don't listen to Moon Kana personally but she's another one of the iconic "classic" lolita musicians.

Surprisingly no kidney or organ damage in general but I was in there for a good month just writing music and getting my diet straight and sugars stabilized. I was so sad to not be able to wear lolita though! I've been dressing up like crazy since I got out and going out to do theater stuff instead of party like I used to (That drove my sugars crazy) and I always feel so beautiful and so much more healthy. I'm probably going to a theater gig tonight too and dressing up so that'll be fun. That means I'll get my ukulele back tonight so I can record it tonight and zippy share it for you guys to download.

Annin Showchestra/杏仁ショーケストラ is a new lolita band which distinguishes itself by a highly varied mixture of instruments. The members are KiRiKo (erhu, the chinese traditional instrument), Risa (accordion), Yuyan (cajon), Arisa (cello), Yuka (double bass) and Reo (piano). They will attend the Japan Expo in Paris this year.
Their first track "Beethoven Virus" (which you can find in their FB page) is really good. It's so pleasant to see new musicians in the Gothic & Lolita scene.

The ones where LivingTombstone joined are nice. That guy has been hired by Yamaha for some Vocaloid demo's (he worked on one for Cyber Songman). Can't stand the horrible recording and mixing from put it in my bag tho. Especially when the guy starts halfway trough.

You should not take it more serious than Weird All Yankovic songs, but I still like to listen to them every once in a while. Especially White and Nerdy and It's all about the Pentiums.

Yukari Tamura!! She's mostly known for voice acting but she's a singer and also wears lolita.

Unfortunately the only music video I know where she wears it is Chelsea Girl, which is super oldschool and was taken off of Youtube so I can only find it on this sketchy website with poor quality. My personal favorite songs of hers (which are lolitaesque, IMO) are Daisy Blue, Air Shooter, and Mon Cheri.
