In my city, the metros (or underground subways however you want to call it) do these type of things (but with all types of fashion) and I once saw a lolita on it, it was nice

Not sure if they have a blog, but we have these small tvs that display the time weather and when the next metro is coming, and they display generally everything, news, events, advertising, and they also the outfit snapshots. I forgot what they are called though
