There are two releases of this OP; the picture you posted, which has the raschel lace details and came out in 2001, and then a second release in 2002 which I haven't been able to confirm but I'm almost certain is the one that had velvet ruffles replace the raschel lace details. That's the one they had for sale, and the cape matched it perfectly, so it's possible the 2002 release may have come with a cape.

I was lucky enough to grab the 2001 release a few years ago; the one on Y!J a couple months ago was the only other one I had ever seen for sale and I was so excited I was trying to get friends to buy it. I'll certainly be on the lookout and will send it to you if it comes back up!

Want to get these out of my closet before I move if possible. I'll accept reasonable offers, I've probably priced these weirdly but I just don't want to lose too much on them

For reference the dress fits me comfortably at a 34 inch bust, 28 inch waist. The shirring in the back helps a lot! If you're a US S-M it'll fit perfectly.

I just got done making this dress for myself and I tried it on and I am so disappointed. It looks horrible on me.
I'm so heartbroken that I put so much work into this and it's just not right for me. Would anyone be interested in it? I'd really like someone to enjoy it.

It has an elastic back panel, so the measurements are Bust 32-36, Waist 26-29 and the skirt length is about 21.
The skirt is a little floppy, but the bodice is lined.

It likely because it's a pain to get a quote because there are so many more rules to follow, you also have to fill out customs forms and ID the items you're sending by materials etc. according to some customs table. Also EU buyers tend to ask for the item to be marked down, which results in less seller protection in the case something goes wrong.
Shipping international is really a pain, I only do it because I actually want to sell my items.

Shipping to Canada will be about $20CAD. I can give a more exact estimate if you send me a postal code. Since I'm also from Canada so I can invoice in Canadian, and shipping will be a lot cheaper if you're in Ontario.

From the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom of the bodice is 35 cm. The bodice ends about 4 cm under my bust. There aren't any buttons for adjusting the shoulders straps. My bust is about 81 cm for reference. I don't find it too short as it fits me as expected.

The material is a polyester with a slight stretch. The fabric feels matte and the black is not very dark. The fabric reminds me of the fabric used in printed tights or socks but not as stretchy.
