I think unicorn pastel vomit colors is okay for fairy kei, but candy kid raver appeal is not. If you are dead set on the items you have chosen, maybe you should scrap the a-line dress in favor of a loose long sleeve top, the sweatshirt, or the relaxed fit women's tee? I'd also maybe suggest a blue pettiskirt as opposed to pink. Keep pink limited to the accessories like your necklaces, bracelets, or whatever it is you choose to wear. Maybe some pink and yellow accessories, the blue leggings, blue pettiskirt, and the white top. I say pettiskirt because when I hear 'tutu', I think of the candy kid raver tutus that are super stiff and puffy. Take my suggestions with a grain of salt.

Oh, and maybe some white platforms or shoes to go alongside white being the main color of the top, to bring some balance. Picking shoes for leggings can be kind of difficult. I assume you are wearing some sort of open toe 'sandal'.

Vintage pastel sweaters are really sought after and there aren't that many. It's a simple case of supply and demand. The higher the demand, the higher the price will be, especially if the item is rare. I don't mind spending money on them, because to me they are worth it. Some people expect them to be cheap and get mad when they sell for a high price, but they are honestly worth whatever price people are prepared to pay for them. If you can't hack that, then you're not going to have much luck unless you get lucky and find one in a thrift store.

There are plenty of groups for single european countries plus shipping varies a lot between each EU country so it wouldn't be any different than using the international sales group because prices are often so nuts that they make it cheaper to buy from the US or Asia rather than your neighbor country.

Not to sound tumblr but fairy kei and related fashions are awkward because even people who were born male look girly in it. It's probably quite hard to balance gender identity and fashion if you're genuinely trans.

The best site to absolutely find something is honestly Etsy like others have already mentioned. You'll have to sort through what isn't very good or overpriced, but a lot of quality stuff for fairy kei exists on Etsy. The downside is if you end up purchasing items from several stores, you pay shipping for each store. Be careful with that. I'll look later tonight to find some specific stores. Much of what I have saved is a bit too dark, but I definitely see stuff when searching 'fairy kei' on occasion. Jewelry alone has over 6,000 results.

Some department stores carry bead sets with many of the same beads (hearts, stars, and so forth) for less then 15$. These sets seem to pop up randomly, so you may have to check back several times throughout the year to find it. Otherwise there's a plethora of suppliers online or through Aliexpress. If you are willing to take the time to make something, you can make most your beaded bracelets and necklaces for super cheap.

I always liked Claire's to find accessories although like department stores, you'll have to check by multiple times throughout the year to find nice items. That's why when I go to other towns, I love checking out other Claire's aside from my local store. It seems every store stocks different items. They are good to find hair accessories and miscellaneous jewelry. Watch out if you are allergic to nickle, a lot of Claire's stuff causes allergic reactions in some people.

Oh, there's also Fickle Wish. They likely fall in the same price range, but they change out their brands quite often. In the past few months, I've noticed they've rotated out brands quite a bit. Not all of it is usable for fairy kei, but it's a nice link to have around. All their products are sold through Jungle which a hobby shop located in Japan. I'll try getting some links from Etsy tonight when I got more time. Stuff that's similar to 6% since you like their items.

I think that there's nothing inherently wrong with people selling it for 200-300, but I also believe it's just that fairies are worked up and, most importantly, just advising not to buy them at that price.

Because like others have pointed out (especially if you're American) thrift shops exist. So does online thrifting if you're patient.
