sae and takulu and the rest of them ap clones always were my biggest inspiration. still are! there is something creepy about loking so similar and doll-like. it makes it interesting. i love it.

Mine came with the little ball chain loops to be used on a bag or a keychain, I just put a bobby pin through that loop or through the tag. You can also sew your own loops onto the plushes and stick bobby pins through there

The easiest way would be to find a plastic toy carousel and repaint it. If you were to make it from scratch I would use paperboard and plastic to be more lightweight.

I know there's an anon who asked the question about mature OTT but honestly the examples you posted are toned down sweet more suitable to girls in their early 20s, and most coords aren't working.

For something like Milky Planet, when there's no way you can make it look mature, you may as well embrace it and go full sweet (maybe only go to meetup or events in those coords, since you're probably concerned about wearing them to places where normie friends will see you. But at least you're still getting some wear out of the the dresses)

This is going to sound horrible, but I think that if you feel the need to dress "mature", lolita isn't for you and you don't really deserve to wear it. Nobody cares if you're 30+ and wearing sweet--in fact nobody really cares about you at all. Have fun wearing cute clothes cause we're all going to die sooner rather than later so stop thinking people give a cranberry about your weird japanese fashion.
