Serious question but why is western fairy kei, decora, and yumekawaii fashion so damn ugly these days? There are still elements of simplicity when these styles are worn in Japan but for some reason there are so many really ugly outfits western girls wear, it's an eye sore.

Im a bigger girl and I love fairy kei but I feel so self conscious being in the fashion. I wear sweet lolita all the time though but it works better for me since the poof hide my extreme pear shape. Ive been on the hunt 5ever to get some decent bottoms that will actually fit both myself and the aesthetic but its freaking impossible. I had posted that site in the menhera thread originally. It's a bit expensive, but they'll send you leggings and tights in any color you need including pastel. A pair of leggings is 26 USD, footless tights are 15 USD. They also offer plus size stockings. Pastel leg wear all year.

There's also Sock Dreams with free shipping, but they rarely stock pastel stuff. Their site has been on the fritz lately.

They do a really nice job filling out the customs declaration for entry into the U.S.A. They packaged the over-sized shirt I ordered in a pretty sizable box with air pillows, and taped the box up neatly and secure. They take shipping seriously. So, when you click my account and select 'order history', you'll see that box with the order number in blue, and in your case, 'payment finalized' in orange below it. Click the 11 digit order number in blue. It'll take you to a screen with all the items you purchased for that order. There will be a list that says 'status' following the item's picture/description. If it says 'processed', they have confirmed the item and are fulfilling it.

And there is an ideal silhouette, it's oversized/loose on the top and fitted/bare on the bottom
