Update from the last thread with aliexpress asking for proof of identity info:
Basically they were asking for pictures of my ID, card, and a bank statement. I didn't want to upload such personal info, so a few of my purchases got cancelled. The card I had on file was expired so I kept punching in my new one, which I guess flagged me for fraudulent activity (which is good, I'm glad aliexpress cares). Shen I tried to make an alipay account on my own, it asked for the same info.
Anyway, I got in contact with the customer service department via chat and she helped me set up my alipay without adding too much extra info. It did ask for my ID number, but no pictures required and no bank statement necessary. I was able to input my new card, and purchased a few things. I am waiting to see if they'll get denied again for the same reasons, or not!

How do you know when it's time to ask for a refund? Recently 5 orders all from different people have had their purchase protection extended, all ordered on Nov. 30th. Can I ask for some help? I keep getting this error when I'm trying to click on the color I want for an item that is not sold out (aka it's not clear/greyed out like sold out items are), but when I click it it doesn't register my click? It only happens on certain items too.

It is a small, cheap thing so I'm not too worried and the store has good feedback--but has anyone else ever seen this before?

I own these shirts. Just remember not to dry them in high heat. I dry mine on low heat for a minute, then take them out and hang them up to air dry overnight. They do tend to like the fuzzies, though. But I've got lots of compliments on them!
