I'm the anon who sent out the shiny packages.
I overspent by a lot. I had three 50+ and one 40-50, the 40-50 i definitely pushed at least double the price range.
3 people posted my gift so far, and one arrived a week ago but was not posted.
Out of my giftees, the least communicative one (didn't reply at all) was the first to post my gift and ended up being a mutual, so I was very happy about that. I was nervous at first because they didn't say anything but it turned out fine.
I have received 1/4 gifts. 2/3 of the remaining gifts to receive my gifters updated me on them and said they'll be late which I don't mind. The remaining I'm still hopeful on, I'm not overly worried about it.

I got my gift pretty early but feel awful since I saw that my gifter is also my giftee. My gifts are coming from all over the place (whereas I am pretty sure hers came from one source) and won't make it until the end of the year or beginning of January. Glad you liked it. I bought the bat at a quaint store in West Hollywood that sells a ton of gothic items aptly named Necromance for they sell jewlery made of animal remains. I'm not too familar with Gothic Lolita jewlery but I am to assume that wearing animal remains rather than fabricated pieces is a personal choice and would not make a great gift. Also I found out that you can only ship human made items internationally.

All of the notes and the wrapping were so cute and I cannot believe the card? My wife?? I was planning on waiting until Christmas to open this, but then I had a horrible Christmas Eve with my family -- this made everything better. Ahhhhhh! I'm so overwhelmed by this present JC. Everything was so fun to unwrap and you kept surprising me with the presents within presents! I had a few "Omg theres more?" moments.

I love the sweater and the Tatami Galaxy shirt. The tee is a little big but I actually do like an oversized look tucked into pants/skirts. (I'm going to wear it tonight for my New Year's celebration, which if you get to watch the show, is totally kind of appropriate for 'fresh starts'!)

I also am excited to use the notebooks for doodles and writing and love the Princess Jellyfish and LINE designs. I was super excited to get a hamburger for the re-ment, as I don't have any of the Aloha series! The bone dog is also great and going to live on my desk. Tabi socks are also my favorite and you totally nailed my color/design aesthetic. (with the sweater too!) The lego camel and adorable stickers and the little make-ups and necklaces are also so sweet!

I already chowed down on the chocolate, delicious, (no worries, I keep my snacking temperate and it doesn't upset my IBS!) and am so touched by how thoughtful you were about the cold weather and hand warmers and digestive teas and halls. It made me feel so taken care of.

All the cat things made me so happy! My cat was just as excited as me, chasing his new toy around and begging me for treats, I'll include a photo in the next post--

As a side note, this is extra meaningful to me right now because my birthday was a week before Christmas and since i and both of my friends who i had planned things with were sick, the little outing i had planned got canceled, and they sort of blew off rescheduling so I've felt really bummed the last few days. This really uplifted me.

I also want to point out how amazing this seagull stocking is and how amazing your camel drawing is!! You said you aren't crafty/have bad handwriting but no way! This is amazing! I love it so much!


Overall this was such a lovely start to my New Years Eve. I'm so glad it came today and that we had each other as santas. I feel like you did soooooo much more for me, especially in terms of sweet stocking stuffers. (I had a bunch of cute stuffers planned but then was worried they'd take forever to ship and went the bigger gift only route and now i'm regretting not stuffing it more!) The only way that I can prevent is some weird workaround every time, limiting wishlists into chunks of text and or double checking every email to make sure the data is all there.

Eh, finally got card matches. My giftees are awesome, and also handmade-positive. I think for next time we shouldn't have our giftees sometimes be our secret santas. If you give an amazing gift to an anon only to receive things they found lying around it'd be a bit disheartening. It happened to me and I'm trying to stay in the giving spirit but half of me just wants to do the same thing my Santa did. Diff third-world country anon here, my parcels have international tracking with a correct tracking ID, but apparently Canada post decided not to track one of them down as I can't find any info on any system ever since my parcel crossed the border. Yes, I did, though I'm unsure of its whereabouts and I didn't inform Santa's helper upon sending. Still my post's tracking system shows receiver's name when you enter tracking IDs, so I'm not really worried of getting blacklisted.

Well to be considered a grinch, the giftee has to communicate to me that they did not receive a gift. Otherwise if you sent me a tracking number and I see that its been delivered or if your giftee does not respond to any inquiries you should be in the clear.

Eh at this point I don't much care if I get a gift or not. My giftees liked my gifts and I got 2/3 gifts in return so it's not bad. - I'm laughing and hating you at the same time for the glitter wrapping paper. I wrapped one of my Christmas gifts in glitter paper this year and dear god I hated it. I got it everywhere and it felt icky on my hands and I immediately decided I was never going to use glitter paper again. How you managed to wrap so many things in the glitter paper without going insane is incredible. I was laughing pretty hard when I opened the box and found all this glitter paper and was like oh my god SHE HAD IT ROUGH. (but also there's glitter everywhere why did you do this to me). I had a huge smile on my face the entire time I unwrapped everything!

I am so in love with the AATP veil, it's so luxurious and the way it drapes is so pretty! I can't wait to incorporate it in a coord, I already have some ideas to use it with! The wristcuffs are so nice too, I love the little crosses on the embroidery in addition to the charm, and I already have an outfit I want to wear them with! the disney things are super cute too, I always imagine disney japan things to be pretty expensive so I hope it didn't break your bank too much haha
