Sounds like double date it is, and with the way /u/ is, they'll probably agree too. That decided upon, it sounds like EGL will be dressed up in ouji with a pirate hat in the shape of a pirate ship while Lily's in either lolita or just a classy dress. Perhaps something referencing Sappho for Lily would be good. I believe the idea for Cos is some puffy dress while Shizuka has no outfit.

I dare say that for Cos and Shizuka they could do a couple's cosplay like Utena and Anthy or something similar. Shizuka in the more princely attire while Cos is in the dress. Being a nice inverse to Lily and EGL.

I was thinking like light weight metal wires woven into a nest that's then touched up with paints, coatings, and the like. I do actuallly throw my precious burando in the washing machine.

In a delicates laundry net. After stripping them of the decorative chains and brooches they sometimes come with and emptying their pockets, plus doing up all the zippers so nothing will snag. Then wash it only with detergent formulated for delicate fabric. And put the machine setting on delicate cycle.

I can hardly remember last year's it was a blur. I do remember back when we first asked them, I think in '14, there was some eventual talk about doing a three way date with /u/ and /c/. That eventually sunk into just going with /fa/ because we were unevenly split and /u/ was working things out amongst themselves. Something about them inviting /c/ was being more of a nicety or somesuch because of what /c/ did in '13.

I really wish people would stop bitching about us not going with /fa/. We voted and /u/ won early on by over a dozen votes so we went with them solely because it was something new, art was already being made, and /fa/ hadn't gotten their shit together. Even /fit/ wasn't interested before anyone offers that up as a solution.

Pretty much all the art-anons are gone now so we took what we could and the artists wanted to do /u/.

Truthfully, I voted for /u/ and I do miss how catty art was in the /fa/+/cgl/ era since /u/+/cgl/ is pretty sweet-tier with no bonding over horrible outfits but maybe /cgl/ is just changing and for once wants to find love?

Doesn't mean we can't our big brother /fa/ to the next event and get art then. Hell, we can double date with us taking /u/ and /fa/ taking /fit/ because in all honesty, they need the help more than we do.

I just a little confused why, with a 44:56 split on the original vote (i.e. ~45% of the voters wanted to go with /fa/) the confession poll has 77% of voters wanting to confess (65% wanting to do it without /fa/'s permission). I don't think there's any conspiracy. The poll is IP locked, and not only was it never linked in the /u/ thread, the entire confession/extended dating thing was only every briefly mentioned in passing and this thread has never been linked there. Aah, I get you. Bagman hasn't been drawn in fucking forever and was more of a meme than anything else. The whole EGL/Cos thing is just for artistic freedom since some artists draw /cgl/ as the same person and others like to draw them as twins fighting with each other.

I don't think there was ever an official agreement as to whether we have two identical -tans, one for each board side, or it's just the one tan with separate personalities since it's hard to say /cgl/-tan would be okay with both lolita an cosplay when the lolita side of things is so strict about keeping cosplay as far away from lolita as possible.
