Earlier this year in March I used Tokyo Pirates' urgent service for my dream dress in Closet Child Yokohama, and Jamie was an actual angel. She replied to my initial request in 30 min, called the store to ensure it was still there, placed a same day reservation on it (only allowed in Yokohama location, not Central Tokyo), and went there that evening.
