Gravity tends to effect fake boobs more harshly and the aftermath as you get older and your skin thins really doesn't do much to help the shape no matter how many times you have them redone. If you need them when you're older you honestly have to go bigger, not smaller, due to the stretched skin and to give it the look of your skin not being thinned, but instead more 'supple'. My mother has implants and she wants them removed because having them redone three times for the upkeep and then being 50 years old is pretty pointless to have them redone again.

Also when you hug someone with fake breasts, whether silicone or saline, they don't feel real. Hard, not squishy. Not hard as in a rock, but moreso they don't have much elasticity to them when your squeeze or press against them. They have bounce, but don't be fooled by the natural droop that they have because of weight vs actually being soft.
