I think it depends on the outfit. If you have an elaborate outfit, you can probably do pretty basic makeup. Or you can have a more simple outfit, and do a bit more on makeup, maybe even some special effects, like an extra eye, stars or glitter flakes and maybe some bright colored contacts.

I used to like their circuitboard tees but I always found it vaguely disappointing how they never made those simple long-sleeve styles in women's sizes. The women's stuff is 90% OTT space slut stuff that's cool to wear to a rave but can't really be worn causally.
