What are some conventions that are more tolerant of slutty costumes? Also would include events within conventions like AWA's cosplay after dark.

Dragoncon is known as like the most tolerant of skimpy outfits since the crowd is typically a lot older/there are more adult themed events.

This was actually a part of the new wing in the San Jose convention center during FanimeCon.

Been to Sacanime and Fanime, never had any problems at either. Girlfriend was Ms Fortune from Skullgirls, which isn't the skimpiest, but she did have swimsuit bottoms and underboob going on.

Saw skimpier outfits at both, and I'm pretty sure some chick was actually topless in the artist alley last Fanime, unless it was some feminine guy with really bad gyno

Youmacon was just last weekend and I saw some pretty skimpy stuff there. Moreso later at night, but even so.

As far as I recall (and I might be totally wrong), one of the Pokemon Men were asked to cover up at Fanime.

Most California cons are really tolerant, though.
