No piece is really ita. It's how you coord it that makes or breaks it, usually anyway. There are pieces that get into more ita coords (nearly all Bodyline tbh) and some that get used a lot or replicated poorly (see OP's pic), but you should worry more if you like it or not.

A lack of having such an eye plus extremely limited funds and not as much dedication can really keep someone in the ita tier for a long time. I'm sorry for her house. We moved in a new apartment this year and the walls were almost as yellow as hers, because the previous owners smoked a lot. It was a pain in the ass to clean and paint over, I literally cried one day and wondered why we took this in the first place (dirt cheap of course). The problem was that the previous tenants (not owners, oops) had to be removed by force because they didn't pay rent for almost a year. The owners had to sue them out. In Germany it's really hard to just kick people out, because we have strict laws that protect tenants. Thus, it's hard to force them to fix it since they already owe the owners 8000 euro. We only got it if we agreed to fix it ourselves and since the rent is really cheap we agreed to it (and there were already 20 people to fill our place if we declined). On the other hand, if we move out we don't have to clean and paint as well. But we managed to fix everything so we're good now.
