Cover yourself in doll stuff, bracelets, rings, necklaces, hair clips, shoes clips, and pins on the skirt and sleeves.

Guro-kei
Dress up like a maiden out of a classic horror story. A bit like guro lolita but a lot less restrictive.
A lot of whites, blacks, greys, red and dark jewel tones for outfit colors.
Should be feminine and elegant to some extent, shouldn't be very sweet or look too modern, go for more victorian and goth-ish influences, with a little bit of cuteness. Should be going for a broken dolly motif.
Creepy, bizzare/off-looking accesories and jewelry. Like a bow with a realistic looking eyeball, or a necklace that looks like a baby's head, that sort of thing.
Bandages, casts, and eye-patches, fake blood, injury makeup, or makeup to make you look like a cracked doll. Tattered/ripped clothing too, but don't go overboard.

Can witchy kei be a thing? I don't quite mean dark mori. Deep jewel tone colors like royal purple or earthy black browns. I really like the early 1900s sillouette but with very traditional witch accessories like carrying around a purse that looks like a spell book or having a big hat like they did back in the day but instead of flowers it has faux bird skulls and tiny bottles with dried herbs.I don't know I think it might be fun.

Wear circus-motif clothes, bold primary colors (especially red), with a lot of white and black to give it some darkness and keep you from looking like a rainbow puked on you.

Rules are simple
Shimmery fabric, long sparkly trains on short dresses, generally very poofy and magical girly. Lots of petticoats. Very fluffy and soft looking. Substyle could be Akuyaku kei. more of a sexy look, but still magical looking. Sharp shoulderpads and skirts with pointed hems.

Basically outfits that look like they're from an (j)rpg-game because I love those outfits.
Most important part would be looking like you're cosplaying from a game and just having that nice fantasy touch to it. Challenge would be to make it look practical yet keeping that amount of unnecessary detail or layers these outfits often have.

Mostly everything is long, flowing or oversized, save for one substyle Sleep robes are a bonus, must be silk. No chiffon peignoirs. It's gotta be silk or satin if you're going for a "bedtime" look.

Shoulder. Pads. In. Everything.

Blanche-kei : Bold, bright solid colors. (Black is allowed) neckline must be plunging and showing cleavage. Sequins are a must. The glitzier the better. Blanche-kei is slightly more structured and tight fitting. Accentuate the waist, wear a bold jacket with sequins. Shorter skirts are acceptable. A night look could be a satin long gown with a brightly colored or bold printed robe.

Rose-kei: Pastels always. Blonde hair is always a must, any length is acceptable as long as it is blonde. Sweeter floral motifs are best. Knee length dresses or longer, along with cardigans. Cute earrings are a must. Night look still pastel, with some ruffles and lace. More delicate sweet look.

Dorothy-kei:
The more androgynous the better. Bigger shoulder pads if possible. Tops should be longer than tunic length, always wear long wide leg pants or flowy long skirts. High necklines accompanied with scarves or loooong strands of pearls. Oversize knit sweaters are also ok.


Sofia-Kei:
white hair with curly styles are preferred. glasses are a must, glasses must always have a chain hanging from them, prominently on display. Get the most dazzling cute glasses holders ever. Blouses must always be buttoned up, knit cardigans always worn on top. The cardigans can have very embellished decorative collars. High waisted pants should be worn with this style. For a nighttime look, should ALWAYS wear a bathrobe. For a more dressed up look, go for a ladies business suit look. Something like the classic jackie-o look, pillbox hats are fine.

The idea is to look like a snow maiden.
Colors mainly whites, + some light grays and pale blues.
Should have soft, gentle feminine look, like you could melt away into the snow, nice comfy fabrics (wool,fleece, white fur are good for outerwear) and lots of layers, you live in the snow after all. Almost no skin should be showing.
For silhouette long skirts that go to the ankle and long sleeves
Winter gear is good but don't look like a little kid playing in the snow, long parkas, thick tights, gloves, scarves and boots, shawls, earmuffs, fabric hats, but they have to be feminine and elegant.
For jewelry and accessories, gemstones and silver, maybe snowflakes, but don't get carried away with that or it would look too cutesy.
Hair: Simple. I think black/dark hair looks best because contrast
I think pale blue lipstick would be nice, anything that's not too flashy and gives a "frosted over" look.
It would be the perfect jfashion to wear during winter.

Ideas in general I think it could have that feeling of Dolly Kei, but less messy and with some added fantasy elements. Personally I would say that it should look wearable more then anything so armor is a possibility but I would definitely put it below outfits that are mostly just fabric.

Agejo wear lolita sometimes though. In the old Ageha magazine there was always at least one girl in all brand, and several wearing lolita items. It's more about the hair and makeup. So you're basically just talking about agejo.
