Yeah, this is like a copypaste of what everyone says about decora who's not into it. Some girls coordinate a lot, some use pink as the main and add more color, some like rainbows (but not raver tier). I think the style got more coordinated since, say, the FRUiTS mag/book days.

Speaking of back then, do Japanese girls still hang out in specific areas on weekends to wear their alt styles? Does anyone know if they get insulted or called at like in other countries? Or are most citizens pretty polite in Japan toward people in decora? They definitely must look twice at least, but I know in the US you get much more shit than that.
