I'm not saying it's natural to go super high like she is in the video, but being higher pitched than in English is pretty common. You can do a simple google search and see people asking/talking about it.
Most Japanese girls/women also have relatively high voices. I think my voice is somewhat high when I speak Japanese (compared to my English voice, at least), and the one time I was sick and spoke like my normal, low-pitched self, my friends said I sounded like a dude.
For me, voice register isn't nearly as bad as the cringey language/shit grammar/overall ~aidoru~ persona.
When you're not talking like you walked out of some B-grade anime, the pitch sounds pretty normal.

I don't speak Japanese, but in my mothertongue, I do tend to speak in a higher pitch than in English. It's like how German people tend to speak in a lower pitch. It partially has to do with the language, but culture as well. Women and children are usually represented with a cutesy higher pitched voice; it's kind of the norm.

No lining the bottom lashline, no liquid liner because that's only attract more attention to the bad features of her eyes (size, puffiness).
