Here it is over a jumper... the fabric itself is a loose knit and you can adjust the size a bit with the thin velvet ribbons running through it. I can still pull the arm band a few cms so there's some room. I stretched it to a (shoddy) flat measurement of 16.5 cm or so. x 2 could give you an idea of the diameter? Honestly not sure as size 12-14 arms can vary. And I completely get why it would be an issue. At aby rate it's better than the other baby cherry bolero I had.

I just bought a JSK I think that this would suit perfectly.

Boleros are hard enough to find in normie clothes (I don't like showing my upper arms due to their flab and I have 'baby' rash on them) that finding them in lolita are near impossible.

The dress was originally purchased from Hello Cosplay in March of 2011. Worn to one con and one Hetalia meetup that year and then hung up and retired. I believe the size was very similar to the medium numbers, but I did get it custom sized to 38-30-38. The sleeves are skinny and were tight on me when purchased. I recommend this to anyone smaller who can take the dress in a bit to match the skinniness of the arms.

The picture includes the pictures from Hello Cosplay as well as some pictures taken from a video of me wearing it dancing like a weeb. I also threw in some more recent pics to prove there has been no damage since it was worn then.

Though it was purchased for $90 I don't really care about price now, I mostly want to get rid of it. I'd ask for shopping (which would probably be somewhere around $7 to US) and like,,,, $25 for the dress at this point, I'd probably go lower if I had to I just want to get rid of it.

I forgot to add on, one thing is that the white collar is only on the front, which you can kinda see in the picture where I am holding Russia's arm. I'd also recommend fixing the sleeves to match your size, as the shoulders came too wide for younger me. Also buy a petticoat, I didn't think to do something smart like that back then.

Also the waist is adjustable with velcro and it zips up in the back.

Ok mate so the shoes are 807g without stud straps, 900g with them. The blouse dress set is 720g (the blouse has a rip on the back because I forgot adjust the corset lacing, hence it's free. You can repair it and wear it under jsks, I paid over $50 for it originally). The intended box is 400g. Then you can assume 50-100g or so in extra packing, ie. Bubble wrap, tape. With the straps it is just over 2kg so I can't do it with pack and track, I'll look at the other services and give you price but it's probably $40-55 or something.

It isn't shady, but even if I could afford them I would feel like shit to take advantage of you for it. You need to pay yourself at least $10 an hour for time spent (this includes designing, sewing, getting notions), add material costs, etc. This should be approximately quadrupled for a retail price, doubled for wholesale. Somewhere between double and triple is generally a good price for an indie brand that doesn't have sewers and bulk discounts IMO.
Custom MTO should be at an extra price, if even just a very small one.
I don't know your situation, but even if you don't need the extra money you should be charging a reasonable price simply to set a precedent for future designs.

Pricing stuff that low does have some connotations that aren't great. Even if the pictures look good, you can't help but wonder what's wrong with it for it to be that far below fair price. It's also harder to start with low publicly advertised prices and raise them later, even if the higher prices are more than fair. If you're trying to burn through inventory, you'll create a much better impression by listing your regular prices and having sale prices for these pieces.
