What kind of shape are you in and how big are your boobs exactly? Working out helps with perkiness, but if they're extremely saggy then that will only go so far. Depending on what we're dealing with, it might just be easier to pick characters where you can wear a push-up bra.

OP is Kelly Jean/ai-honey and IIRC she said for that dress she was taped up to the gills. If you look up her other costumes which offer less coverage on the sides you can tell how much her breasts naturally sag. She's pretty top-tier when it comes to tape and padding. Tape is your friend.

THIS. i bought boob tape for my boobs (36c) and it immediately didnt hold.
i DID find however that stitching some felt onto the lining of my open dress and using a good bit of spirit gum to lift my breasts up (and hold them onto the top) helped a bit. not practical but... best that can be done.

does anyone have recommendations for uneven titties? mine are relatively small to begin with, but if i were to wear something like op's image, the difference would definitely be noticeable.

Glad you guys agree. There is honestly no good way to combat saggy boobs in open faced dressed or strapless dresses without basically not wearing them or just dealing with the fact that you have to use a bra no matter what. Gravity is a bitch and big tits are a blessing and a curse.

How big do you consider big? This seems to be a surprisingly subjective topic. I'm also curious as to how big your are yourself (not just boobs, but general size as well) because I've noticed that the larger the girl, the higher her standards of what qualifies as "big", which makes sense since the larger you are, the bigger your boobs usually are. One of my friends wears 32DDD and is very thin, and the smaller girls in our group have commented on how big her boobs are, while the larger ones tend to say they don't get why everyone thinks they're so huge and that they're average or even small. My boyfriend said it was because sometimes larger girls have a weird territorial thing about big boobs and don't like to think of smaller girls having them, because it "takes away" the one thing they feel they have over them. That kind of makes sense, but I don't think my friends are like that, and also guys have also voiced disbelief over her cupsize because when they hear DDD, they think tits the size of your head.
