Basically, someone posted a picture that only Kate would have had access to and then, when called on it, claimed that they were her friend.
This makes no sense because friends don't post friends to /cgl/, and friends don't ask stupid questions about what makeup their friend is wearing (easier to just ask her) in attempts to point out how pale she is. Also, this is was Closet of Frills thread, NOT a "post pictures of random people that they sent you" thread.

The friend later gave "evidence" that showed nothing at all aside from the fact that Kate had messaged pictures in an imgur album to somebody at an unspecified time. The time in-between posting the proof and being instructed what to do was longer than what it takes to take a simple screen capture, and approximately how long it would take to quickly make a new Facebook account so she could send herself some messages on it.
After being called on this, the "proof" was deleted, and she ran away.
