I fell in love with Dreaming Macaron when it came out but it was so popular that the prices where to high for my student money. I deleted it from my wishlist just the find my love for it again this year. It's just another colorway that I prefer today.

Sorry, I find people will usually say this because they are new. I completely understand if you are looking for a stretched version or even an altered one though. If you can't find what you are looking for I'd even suggest you commission a seamstress to do alterations if this is a huge dream dress of yours. My friend gets her dresses altered all the time and they look fine. She uses the waist ties to put in panels at the side, you don't notice it at all. And tbh I dont think it lowers the value that much since if you do decide to resell it, there are lots of larger lolitas/large bust lolitas looking for a cute dress. Often they are willing to pay the price if they can have something that fits.

I feel like the people who go after other peoples' dream dresses go for the ones more likely to get you attention and/or bragging rights. I don't think my dream dress is the sort of dress that would really get someone attention - it's not a really prestigious piece as far as I'm aware, so I'm not too worried about others snatching it. I don't support replicas nor art/design theft, so it'd probably really upset me too. Plus, it was made as a collab for the Kuragehime series (anime most likely?). I don't know if the Kuragehime people get anything from those sales but if they did, I'd definitely want to support them, because again, I fucking love that manga and would love similar future collabs and a continuation of the anime.
