Couldnt attend meeting last year so I'll definitely won't miss this year's.

All the lolita events are on Friday so I'll be busy literally every hour on Friday. And then the fashion show on Sunday. Saturday will be chill day to check out the rest of the con. Wearing jfash.

It's a 5 min walk from place darmes to st catherine. I walked up to my bank on st cath while someone held my spot in line at comiccon and guaranteed it didn't take more than 10 minutes to walk there + back.

And then it's another 15 minutes from St Cath/Place Des Arts up Avenue Du Parc until you reach mountain grounds. So a 20 min walk.

If your legs don't work then sure we can take the metro. It's only like 3-4 stops.

If it were all people from the city I wouldn't care about the distance or specific neighbourhood, but since I am accustom to bringing around outsiders I'm pretty used to what they do/don't want to see and what tends to make them anxious by default. I don't have a problem walking from there to downtown myself because I know the route, but people who are unaware of their surroundings will naturally not be able to walk that and feel it's like a short stroll. So I guess my advice is, if you realize we're all native mtlers at the meet than go forward with your invitation, but think about how that can be uselessly stressful for someone who's already in a strange city and can't find themselves without a map. No hard feelings, purple drank-chan.

The tampon trees are near the colourful glass windows. If you come out of the metro Place D'Armes, there will be a Tims Hortens on your left. Walk in the opposite direction, up the corridor, and you'll find a forest of tampon trees. Last time, the meet up was at the end of those trees, near where some benches/chairs were. You could also take another metro and just go up the stairs (it's slightly closer) but I forgot which one that was.

Yes, from my understanding you can't have labels of anything that outright says the series or the character's names, even on post it notes or labels. I removed all my labels because I just don't want to take that chance. I removed my Hetalia buttons from my con stock too because they have the character's names on the buttons. They are serving C&D notices to the people that do not follow their instructions. Better to be safe than sorry!
