I won't be at Disneyland during the Halloween event but I want to bring Halloween Nozomi for some pics in front of the decorations but I know costumes aren't allowed outside events. However I've heard they are more lax during October and she doesn't resemble any Disney character. Any advice from people who have dressed up at the parks? I figure I could at least keep the wig, hat and gloves off until I get inside then put them on for a few quick pics. Or does downtown have sufficient decorations?

This is horrible. Literally the most defining feature of a sailor scout is the sailor collar. Some sailors have shorts/pants, no tiaras, no gloves, etc but EVERY SINGLE SAILOR SENSHI wears a sailor collar. Every single one. clearly these girls know jack shit about the series they're halfway trying to cosplay from.
