In fun legalese, this means that if you bought from the AX reserved bloc, then that sign and wrist bands apply to you. If you bought a normal room, then normal hotel rules apply. They place a special emphasis on ANIME which indicates a special distinction in rooms and benefits.

The funny thing is that you can shoot above or under the AX bloc and just use the stairs to get into the anime rooms. It doesn't actually stop parties.

Yeah, they had a stack of them when they handed me mine. They aren't printed there. Maybe each QR is unique and when they scan it they attach that QR to your name is my guess if that happens to be the case.

What I think is happening is that AX reserved entire floors and has doormen at elevators that check to see if you have a wristband or something. If you're going up to an AX bloc, just shoot for 5 floors above the intended floor and it's a quick stair ride.
