It's not the waist cincher causing the problem. Look at the band and cup on that bra. The band is too big and riding up and the cups do not fit right. It's not supporting her at all. With a properly fitted bra her breasts would look fine.

It's obviously a mixture of both. underbust/waist cinchers don't support your breasts and you need to have a very good bra or small tits. Full cup bras with lots of padding and wiring are the only way to go because your breasts need that round shape or they'll look like deflated bread.

Eh, not really. She has a mini tiara on, a cookie ring and cat ears, so she's mixing unrelated themes. The ears don't look white, and they don't match the cardi, so that's a mess as well. Then there's the bow tie with the heart design that looks like she's trying to use it as a jabot, and I've honestly never seen a good-looking dress feature something that big and tacky above the collarbones. So it's fairly safe to bet the rest of her is dressed pretty badly since she's now demonstrated confused themes, bad colour matching, and a possibly tacky dress.

I actually thought her makeup was okay, but like the rest of her outfit, it's very confused. The lipstick doesn't seem to match the sweet vibe I *think* she's going for (going from the cat, tiara and cookie ring), and the rhinestones undereyes seems to be yet another fad she decided to throw into her outfit. I can't really see how the rest of her could look much better.
