Body types are biologically distinct (although in humans much more similar than other species) and are catered to by different roles.

You can go cry that clothes and physical appearance don't have gender on tumblr, but it does - no amount of complaining will change that. Either gender is bullshit and your friend is female solely by biological factors (which can be altered), or gender is a thing and your friend is female by gender role definitions.
