Unless you're expecting a bodybuilder to be cosplaying JoJo, I'm not really sure what you want, tbh. The only cosplayer who is bigger and that I can remember atm is Drefan and he probably still isn't big enough for your standards.

Did notice the part where the Jonathan is on a completely different angle than the Sudowoodo cosplayer? They're pretty much the same size, Jonathan's pic was just taken from an upper angle, which helps making him look "smaller". And even of he's actually smaller, the difference isn't that big so I really don't get your standards.
I had already meantioned "that swoll dude who did a gamagoori" (Drefan) but I thought you'd be complaining his muscles weren't defined enough (he's BIG but the muscles aren't sculpted like the other two cosplayers discussed) or that he didn't have the bishounen JoJo face.
