Twinkle Journey was the first dress I saw that got me hooked on lolita, but at the time I was still pretty awkward and in high school. Plus I was scared the pretty dresses and such wouldn't suit me since I was more of a punk fan (if it counts as punk- I own a lot of Putumayo, Hangry and Angry, and H.Anarchy pieces), so I avoided it for awhile. It really wasn't until I went to school with lolita (also a very talented gull) that I learned of second hands stores and realized my dreams were obtainable.

I sound really cheesy, but ever since I learned more and more about the fashion I regret not doing my research sooner. I want to be cute in photographs and dress nicely instead always being so frumpy.

I once saw the JSK with the bow front go up for sale, and I was so certain that I wouldn't find the OP at the time (and it was a price I could afford) that I immediately jumped on it and bought it. The JSK is gorgeous and I'm so happy I own it, but I have a weakness for the OP's cut (the little puff, off shoulder sleeves are one of my favorite details).
