Looking at your pics you need some foundation and powder. Your face is very shiny and it's not flattering. The under eye eyeliner is heavy and juvenile. Try on your top lid, doesn't have to be fancy winged eyeliner.

Hem raw edges. Makes costumes look finished. Iron. You can lessen the shininess if cheap wigs by soaking them in fabric conditioner.

If you're going to act like you're cos famous at least put real effort into your costumes. It's one thing to assemble a costume. Another to go above and beyond. Because really you're embarrassing yourself and the photographers you work with and it's sad and painful to watch.

If I were you I would:
Close your page. Just close it. You're never going to shake the bad reputation. Take time out to focus on craft rather than fame. Use the summer to practice, there is a lul in cons, focus on your work then.
You don't need 100 costumes, look at other in the UK who are talented, they bring out one new costume for a con, because they can focus on it. There are a few rare gems, who are naturally talented with craft, you are not one of them, accept it.
Go to a few cons in the autumn with your new improved costumes, book shoots with GOOD and RESPECTED togs.
Once the cons are over, and you have new images, START A NEW PAGE WITH ORGANIC LIKES AND A NEW NAME.

I went to the official set up party Oct 2013 and it was pretty dismal. MCM may have actually improved overall.

Mechandise is more or less consistent as before, but is more accessible as there is more space and for Friday there did not appear to be an excess of people.

Today would be the real test as it is the peak day as such.
