Is there a sect of lolitas that are rock n' roll? Like, they do coke, but they don't necessarily tell people they do coke.

I'll take the bait.

Lolita is a luxury hobby, so any lolita who can afford both lolita and hard drugs would need to have a serious flow of constant cash.

My dealer actually got me into lolita. It was weird. Good, obviously, but weird.

This describes me pretty accurately, and my income isn't huge (around £18,000). I pay my rent, food, and utility bills with ease while keeping up both my drug and dress habits. I'm not into coke or heroin or anything though, I think that would be a different story. I mostly dabble in psychedelics, as well as a weekly ketamine binge and occasional weed/ alcohol.

It is a bit irritating to be straddling two mutually exclusive hobbies though. Every time I buy a dress, I think "I could have bought ten grams of ketamine instead of this"; every time I buy drugs I think "I could have bought some second hand brand instead of this."

What do you mean by trashy?

I'm not rock and roll, I'm a hoarder. The two go hand in hand: I compulsively shop, so lolita provides a really good outlet for that.

It does mean my brand is wallowing in absolute filth sometimes. I usually keep it hung up and away from my mountains of trash, so it's safe, but there have been times where I've found a long forgotten dress underneath mouldy food and literal rubbish.
