Im the anon who posted it. I would do more pastel colors because I like pastels more and replace the pink with a very light brown, but overall I like how this room looks. I wish I had hardwood in my room. I also wouldn't have the canopy and the background this or the headboard to make it more neat, but I won't mind the one mirror and then a large bookcase places in a dark stain to the other side of the bed.

I feel as though it is best to label boxes and put specific things into each one, albeit being a bit expensive (depending on where you go, e.g. the container store). But over time, you will find that the clutter is reduced more and more, considering a lot of us are on a budget as it.

The reason for the lace covering the tv is to tie it in with the rest of the room by camouflaging it. The less contrast a room has, the more cohesive it appears. I thought it was dumb the first time I seem it, but it appeals to me the more I continue to see it being done. It also has the advantage of protecting the tv from gathering as much dust.

Moved into a new apartment recently, so we finally have a craft room. There is no organization at all in that room. It's ridiculous.

I'm working on decorating my room right now. I finally got a desk and bed, so that's cool. I want my room to be Circus themed, but I'm using a lot of Sentimental Circus stuff in it so it's more cute (waiting on my orders to come in the mail).

I managed to get my shelves in the living room and my figure shelf in my room set up pretty well though. Pic related. Figure shelf doesn't fit the flow of my room at all, but idfc I need it.

You're on cgl, anon. The cosplayers derive joy from having costume supplies to make costumes with, and the lolitas want their lolita wardrobe. Even after applying Konmari there's still going to be a lot of stuff and extra clothes bursting out of everyone's closets.
