It's tough to find decent Gorillaz cosplays that aren't fugly ass Murdoc. All 2Ds look shitty and it's rare to find a good Noodle that doesn't cover their face 90% of the time with a mask. There's rarely any Russel or other characters in the stories.

Any non-atrocious gorillaz cosplayers at all out there?

My main complaint is that 2D cosplayers use too many filters when they take pictures and it makes it hard to assess your actual makeup. Stop this madness.

"The story of Gorillaz begins in 1997. Stu-Pot was a mentally deficient keyboard enthusiast and star employee at Uncle Norm's Organ Emporium. Satanist hoodlum Murdoc Niccals decided to ram-raid Uncle Norm's Organ Emporium to procure synthesizer equipment in order to establish a "chart topping" musical group. Phase 1 and 2 were his pretty boy phase, especially 2 when he thought he was a sex symbol and fucked a bunch of chicks. Phase 3 fucked him up bad though.
The majority of art he's always making stupid faces or has his tongue out. Hell he picks his nose with it.
I'm all for cosplayers doing stupid pictures of him as long as they do a few normal ones too. Since OP is probably off tumblr it's not a shot they're shitty quality shots.

My group is working on Phase 3 Noodle, 2D and Cyborg costumes for Sac Anime. I really need to practice the melodica I got.

Loved this band since there first CD. And I'm so happy they've announced a return. More great stories from the mind of Jamie. If you guys haven't read through the backstory of these characters, I highly recommend it.

I think this is a good use of a bodysuit, and I personally really like Murdoc's Dirty Harry outfit
Why hasn't a full dirty harry group been done...or rock the house...those are great outfits

I've seen part of a Rock the house group somewhere online.

Here's my very early progress on Noodle. I'm remaking the mask and fixing the scarf still. I kind of want to put eye-holes in the mask and then cover them with fabric so I can kind of see with it on.

they go for that over styled top and the rest is too straight cut. Her hair is extremely choppy though, probably because the guys cut it during the earlier phases and she just stuck with it.
