I dunno, I really like it.

The purple in the blouse, tights, and shoes all match. The flower crown and floral tights go with the floral skirt. Patterned tights are usually paired with prints so that seems normal to me. I don't really like the Alice bag but that's my only complaint. And I like the book bag shape. Just maybe an IW book bag would work better?

There is definitely a lot going on, but it still seems cohesive imo. The purple pulls it together for me.

printed tights with printed skirts are usually considered a no-no unless they're from the same series, btw. it clutters up an outfit esp. if they're not the same pattern.
the outfit would have looked 100% better with a plain/non-themed black bag, tights with a simple geometric pattern or lace OTKs, and hell, you could keep the fancy shoes if you got a more red-hued purple.

You're trying to pass off opinion as standards. Printed tights with printed skirts of a different series are not always bad. They just often look bad if both have a pattern or both have a non-pattern print. This if off center artwork and a pattern. It doesn't clash.

Just because it's from the same series doesn't mean it's good. Print with print usually looks awful. Id say the only exception is if the tights aren't as printed.

For example, dream sky OP by AP with the dream sky tights. Still bad, because they are equally printed. There are some btssb tights that don't have so much print on them, but would look fantastic with many other printed dresses due to their simplicity. Its all about balance. What youre saying is as ridiculous as "you can't wear printed OTKs unless they are from the same series".

I would argue that that the ONLY reason to wear print on print would be if it's released as part of a set. I've never seen a coord where, for example, dreamy sky tights were used without another main piece from the set and it looked "god tier".

Been moving from jsks to skirts lately, and skirts are so much cheaper of even the popular prints. I can sell my jsk and get the same skirt for half the price.

In the purple coord's case, the tights shouldn't blend into the shoes like that. The same tights with black shoes, or black tights with her purple shoes would have been more harmonious, because the bag is too small an item to make up for the darkness and size of the vest despite them being the same colour. Also, the flower headband is a nice touch, but some of the flowers have too much of a pink hue. Like red, purple looks ghastly in a coord (lolita or otherwise) if all purples are not the exact same hue.

I thought creepy cute was trend outside of lolita that is less pastels meet bats, more cute voodoo dolls and horror elements. I've always thought of bittersweet as more 'gothic' (I say this loosely) themes/ motifs in sweet colors than the other way around too.
