...in what way is the coordinate in OP's image casual though? Harlequin tights, tall platforms, and a big heart-shaped bag are all pretty attention-grabbing when usually the idea behind "casual" lolita is to tone it down enough to garner as few odd looks from normalfags as possible.

This >>8163495 isn't even lolita pieces. Most of the other coords are decent, normal lolita outfits (not really casual, but I'm fine with simpler coords being posted), but this is not lolita at all. The brand isn't lolita, the items themselves are not lolita, the outfit is nowhere close to lolita.
