I am trying to make an order directly and am a bit confused.
I live in Japan, and when I entered my address (chose overseas and all that), I was not given an option for the forwarding service. Does this mean that I just can't use it? It seems weird to me that it would work for places like Australia and Singapore but not Japan.

Thanks a lot. You can just after the "Anonymous pay" option, where you go to enter your credit card expiry and cvs number, close the page, and it will have "made an order" without payment. You can go onto you "My Taobao" -> "Buy Baby" to pay for it(they can edit the price before you pay for it).

The warehouse isn't far away I don't think, its in Guandong. I have no idea how they calculated it to be 700 though...

Alright, here's how taobao works.

>buyer recieves item
>buyer confirms payment
>taobao releases the $$ to the seller
>seller gets their $$

The money is held by taobao until the payment is confirmed by the buyer. If the buyer doesn't confirm the payment, then the seller would have to wait until the 30th day or something to get their money.

They're fine. They don't rip people off, I think they've just made mistakes but they're good about fixing them. They give you an estimate based on China post's website then refund you the difference if it ends up being cheaper. Either way, I've used them for To Alice and it was fine. If you don't want to use Pruany then go with Celestial Delinquent.
