You are supposed to do this when wearing circle lenses and you fill in your lower waterline with light colour (eg. white). Not saying it looks good, but (usually) dark part of lens meeting light waterline looks way more weird. If done subtly, actually helps, but in OP pic both lenses and eyeliner look like they were added later in paint.

It's the anime contact, but it's definitely been tampered with by a program. The lens is only at 14.2 mm. I purchased and wore the other blue version of it and parts of my iris were still visible . Plus it is not that vibrant in real life. I'm thinking the lens was colored in more vibrant then the bloat tool use used to make it look bigger, accounting for the blurriness.

I'm think what happened is that the circle lens in the other eye had a way bigger diameter than the anime contact so they compensated by trying to enlarge the anime contact in the other eye but the image got warpped so they drew in some of the black and blue parts to make it look the same size.

Have to agree with other anon, it isn't good, but at least not gross. The line is too harsh, so instead of helping creating illusion of bigger eye (the whole point of filling your waterline with light colour, so it blends with whites of eyes), the line is driving attention to itself.

The idea for the makeup isn't bad. All the fallout eyeshadow and glitter spreading over her face, the eyebrow hairs resprouting that show just how plucked her eyebrows are, the clumpy eyelashes, the eyeliner fuckup she didn't clean up, the little dots that were most likely left by the mascara, and the blotchy/dirty look of her face combine to make this worse the more you look.

I get the feeling that means you need to exfoliate a bit to get the layer of dead skin off.

This is probably gross, but this used to happen to my legs before I figured out how to girl (I was a tomboy until the end of college). I would shave my legs but I would still see hairs that I couldn't get at no matter what. I invested in an exfoliating mitt and would exfoliate every few days and was finally able to get nearly every last hair.

Around your eye is a super sensitive area, so proceed with caution if you choose to try and exfoliate (I'd stick with physical exfoliants like a face brush and be really super gentle; not sure how safe chemical exfoliants are to use in the general eye area).

For a tutorial I see no problem using your hands for foundation or primers. (As long as you wash your hands before that is.)

It's not that they aren't following her lash line, they are not angled correctly. Look at her left eye and you can see that at the outer corner it's right at her lash line and then it continues in a straight upward slope until it ends up way far away from her lash line.

My hands are relatively clean (always clean before applying makeup) but applying liquid foundation with my hands reminds me of when I was in high school trying to use makeup for the first time with bad skin/techniques. I do agree there are certain products that work better when applied with hands vs brushes but using your hands for EVERYTHING can't be all that sanitary without being unessecarily time consuming.
